A property survey helps confirm the lines that divide two pieces of property. It tells you, as the landowner, what you own and what belongs to the neighbors around you.
 

Other reasons you might need a property survey include putting on an addition, building a fence, or a shed. You want to be certain the improvements you are making are actually on your own property.

The only way to protect your rights and property is to know where the lines are that separate the two pieces of property. A property line survey will tell you where your property ends and the neighbor’s property begins.

Triple R Surveying, Inc will locate improvements and topographic features such as elevations of the land, embankments, contours, water courses, roads, ditches, utilities, etc. This survey can be used in conjunction with a Location Survey in order to prepare a Site Design Map, a Subdivision Map, or an Erosion Control Plan.

This in-depth survey is a combination of an encroachment and Topographical Survey, often required by lending institutions. At Triple R Surveying, we will complete this in a timely fashion for closing.

Triple R Surveying, Inc. will locate existing monuments, historical records, and previous surveyors' work, and to accurately depict your property boundaries on a Certificate of Survey that will be filed with the Clerk and Recorder's Office.  We can replace any missing property markers if need be.

Triple R Surveying, Inc will help prepare an easement exhibit for a legal document which will help show the scope of the easement and the rights of the easement, varying from access, utilities, drain field, mixing zones, encroachments, and other easement items.

This survey provides accurate information about the topography of your property and flood zone information. We provide this service for those whose insurance company or mortgage company requires it or if you wish to opt out of a flood insurance requirement. We file all the paperwork and aggressively follow up to make this process smooth for you.

Triple R Surveying, Inc will prepare a Certificate of Survey for any immediate family member who is acquiring a portion of an existing property as an exemption from subdivision.  With the zoning regulations and new state laws, we are on top of the latest rules and regulations. GPS surveys use portable receiving antennas to gather data transmitted from satellites which are used to calculate the position of the object being located on the surface of the earth.
